TRADE PROMOTION LOTTERY (“TPL”)

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. Entry to this TPL is free and is accomplished by registration via a web form or a QR code and the provision of the following details:
    • name;
    • telephone number;
    • email address; and
    • Postcode
  1. All entrants must be aged 18 or more and consent to being contacted and interviewed by telephone by a representative of AT Property Investors Pty Ltd (“AT”) with a view to ascertaining his or her suitability for the purchase of an investment property and for the receipt of the TPL prize.
  2. The lottery will be conducted by a draw to be held at 1.00pm on 27 January 2025 at Level 14, 474 Flinders Street, Melbourne 3000. 
  3. Entry to the TPL will close at midnight on 17 January 2025
  4. The winner will be immediately eligible to receive fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) toward the purchase price of an investment property to be marketed and sold to him or her through the agency of AT.
  5. The winner of the TPL will be notified by telephone and by email immediately following the draw on 27 January 2025 and the winner’s name will be published on propertyinvestors.com.au/2025_draw and in the Melbourne Herald Sun on 30 January 2025.
  6. This TPL is being conducted by and with the consent of AT, a licensed estate agent, primarily in order to promote its business. 
  7. All personal information gathered by AT during the conduct of this TPL and the follow up telephone interview and with the express consent of AT, will only be used by AT for the purpose of ascertaining whether an entrant is a suitable candidate for the purchase of an investment property and for the marketing and sale of an investment property to an entrant and for this purpose, AT may share such personal information with a finance or mortgage broker to be retained by the entrant to assist with the obtaining of finance required for the purchase by the entrant of an investment property.
  8. In the event that the winning entrant is unable to obtain finance for the purpose of completing the purchase of an investment property and provided he or she has made all reasonable efforts and endeavors to obtain such finance, then the $50,000 prize shall be paid in cash to the winning entrant.
  9. This TPL is complies with the conditions of Victorian law, in particular, the Gambling Regulation Act 2003 and Gambling Regulations 2015.
